Job summary

HD Supply is seeking personnel to act as a liaison between the organization and the customer served by VMI solutions. The role maintains all day-to-day functions at a Vendor Managed Inventory site within a client's facility.

Responsibilities include timely fulfillment of replenishment orders, receiving daily replenishment and branch transfers, and maintaining inventory levels through monitoring min/max parameters and regional items.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED (strongly preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of daily replenishment orders.
• Receives daily replenishment and branch transfers to maintain accurate inventory.
• Completes control reports as per operations manual.
• Monitors and adjusts min/max parameters to maintain proper inventory levels.
• Recognizes and communicates market and customer conditions to stakeholders.
• Engages with customer about stocking levels, assortment, and seasonal fluctuations to prevent outages.
• Monitors inventory and maintains regional items.
