Job summary

HD Supply Management, LLC (USA) is seeking a logistics-focused professional to serve as a liaison between the organization and the customer served by VMI. Responsibilities include maintaining day-to-day site operations within a client's facility and ensuring timely replenishment and accurate inventory management.

You will monitor stock levels, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to policies while working under general supervision.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
2–5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (CA, CO, CT, D.C., DE, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OH, RI, VA, VT, WA).

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of daily replenishment orders for the customer.
Receive daily replenishment and branch transfers to maintain accurate inventory.
Complete all control reports per operations manual.
Monitor and adjust minimum and maximum parameters to maintain proper inventory levels.
Communicate market and customer conditions to necessary stakeholders.
Engage with the customer about stocking levels, assortment, and seasonal fluctuations to prevent outages.
Monitor inventory and maintain regional items as needed.
