Job summary

The Container Store in Aberdeen, MD is seeking a Replenishment and Putaway Specialist to help keep our distribution center stocked and organized. You will move inventory from Receiving to storage and use a pallet jack and handheld devices to complete putaway tasks safely and efficiently.

This full‑time role offers starting pay of $19.00 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package including health plans and a 401(k), plus discounts on products and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating Reach Truck and Order Picker (Cherry Picker).
• Proficient with radio communication and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Relocate inventory from Receiving to open-air reserve or active pick locations.
• Perform putaway tasks using pallet jack in multi-level modules.
• Use handheld devices to receive replenishment and putaway tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain inventory accuracy.
