Job summary

Dot Foods is seeking an Associate Inventory Supply Chain Manager in Mt. Sterling, IL or Chesterfield, MO to manage inventory within established product lines and prepare for the Inventory Supply Chain Manager role.

You will lead efforts in replenishment, monitor stock status across locations, and collaborate with customer service on issues, while applying lean principles to eliminate waste and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to conduct data analysis to identify issues and solve problems.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Utilize numerical reasoning to complete job tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and disposes of product not moving effectively through the replenishment system or meeting obsolete expense and overstock goals.
• Manages the stock status of items at all Dot locations based on established criteria.
• Serves as the key contact for Dot customer service regarding product issues including availability and supplier-related issues.
• Participates on select replenishment department committees including service level, turns, obsolete, and deeper drive committees.
• Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
