You will mentor order selectors, coordinate with trainers and supervisors, and help implement lean practices while ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to work night shifts as scheduled.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a current employee of Dot Foods, Inc. or Dot Transportation, Inc.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Six months on Dot warehouse floor and graduated the 90-day program

Aufgaben

• Serve as a coach and mentor to all warehouse order selector employees; model behavior on the floor.
• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse material handling equipment, meeting production, service level and food safety standards.
• Communicate work expectations and results achieved.
• Lead a POD.
• Back-up lead or trainer role when necessary; otherwise work in production.
• Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
