Job summary

Rural King seeks a Replenishment Analyst II in Mattoon, IL to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability across retail channels. You will analyze sales data, forecast demand, and shape replenishment strategies to balance costs and service levels.

Collaborating with merchandising and procurement, you will adjust stock parameters and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong confidentiality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of replenishment analyst experience, or equivalent mix of experience and education.
• Proven track record in retail replenishment and high-volume environments.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory control, and replenishment concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand to forecast future needs.
• Develop replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and maximize sales.
• Collaborate with merchandising, procurement, and supply chain teams for timely replenishment.
• Adjust reorder points, lead times, and safety stock based on forecasts and data.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and drive corrective actions to reduce shrinkage.
• Generate reports and provide insights on KPIs to senior management.
• Improve replenishment processes and systems for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities for process innovation.
• Mentor and train junior Replenishment Analysts.
