Bass Pro Shops Base Camp in Springfield, MO is seeking an Inventory Analyst I to manage replenishment processes and optimize stock levels. You will analyse stock data, coordinate with vendors, and work with merchandising, logistics and distribution to align inventory with business needs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, clear communication with suppliers, and collaboration across the supply chain to minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent inventory experience.
• Experience in inventory management or replenishment analysis.
• Strong data analysis using Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels across locations and trigger orders to maintain optimal stock.
• Develop replenishment plans to balance stock availability with minimising overstock.
• Analyze inventory and sales data to optimise stock levels and reduce stockouts.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth flow and prevent bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
• Maintain and update inventory systems (e.g., AS/400 and JDA) with accurate data.
• Create and present regular reports on inventory performance and risks.
