Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Victor, Idaho, to maintain inventory accuracy and support replenishment across the store. You will partner with the sales floor, receiving teams, and leadership to minimize shrink while enhancing customer service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and about two years of related experience. Proficiency with System Two, RF/Gizmo devices, and DOMO reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two, RF/Gizmo devices and DOMO reporting.
• Ability to generate and analyze inventory reporting.
• Ability to write reports and effectively present information from findings to management.
• Ability to communicate with retail leadership on price changes and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity through on-demand and prescriptive cycle counts.
• Conduct inventory scans and adjustments to ensure in-stocks and replenishment.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variance reports.
• Distribute price-change reports to leadership and adjust records.
• Communicate opportunities and discrepancies with Store Leadership.
