Job summary

Amrit Ocean Resort is seeking a Stock Supervisor to oversee the organization and integrity of all storage reserves across the resort, including F&B, housekeeping, OS&E, and more. The role reports to the Director of Finance and leads two Receiving Agents.

You will manage par levels, receiving operations, requisition processing in Reeco, and generate procurement reports to support purchasing decisions. Florida certification requirements apply with a resort focus.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with inventory or procurement software (Reeco preferred).
• Experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain par levels for all inventory categories (F&B, housekeeping, OS&E, and more).
• Oversee receiving of deliveries; verify against purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage daily internal requisitions in Reeco and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Supervise 2 Receiving Agents; provide training and performance feedback.
• Generate inventory and procurement reports to support purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and department heads to forecast needs.
