Job summary

DO Supply LLC is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead our inventory and receiving operations at the Raleigh facility. You will drive inventory accuracy, oversee receiving, maintain warehouse organization, and develop a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a Warehouse Lead or Operations Lead seeking advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, cycle counting and material handling.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train and provide performance feedback.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the inventory team with accountability and safety.
• Plan and prioritize receiving, inventory control, putback, and movement activities.
• Ensure inventory is received accurately and processed on time.
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate with stakeholders.
• Schedule audits, cycle counts, location audits, and control activities.
• Identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce inventory control best practices and proper scanning and handling.
• Monitor storage health, capacity, location utilization, and aging.
• Recommend liquidation and optimization opportunities.
• Support asset recovery by reviewing history and escalating concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized inventory locations and workspaces.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Fulfillment, Sales, and Operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
