Job summary

Magnaflow, via the Camburg division in Huntington Beach, is seeking an Inventory & Receiving Clerk to ensure accurate physical inventory and act as the control point between dock, shelves, and ERP records.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Sales daily and report to the Production Manager. This full-time role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management in an ERP system; IFS preferred.
• PO receiving incl. verifying against PO and packing slip; identify shortages/overages/substitutions.
• Cycle counting and root-cause analysis for variances.
• Quality control at receiving; handling nonconforming material.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities and part numbers.
• Enter receipts into IFS on arrival and document shortages or damages.
• Perform incoming inspection and stage nonconforming material.
• Run cycle counts and resolve variances; support physical inventories.
• Pull, kit, and issue material for work orders; maintain accurate records.
• Maintain bin locations, labeling, and storage layout.
• Support outbound shipping and process returns; operate material handling equipment.
