GH Metal Solutions is seeking a Receiving Clerk to support material receipt and movement across production processes. The role focuses on ensuring smooth production flow, quality checks, and accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, organizing storage, performing weekly audits, and operating forklift equipment. A strong focus on safety and attention to detail is required for efficient, compliant workflows.

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with problem solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of company products and services.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Basic math skills and understanding of blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving functions in compliance with receiving, inventory control, and quality procedures.
• Organize, transfer, and store product in appropriate locations.
• Inspect incoming materials to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Check, verify, and audit material through weekly audits with written records.
• Pull and issue material as needed and process paperwork for transactions.
• Record required information on process paperwork, charts, checklists, or other control sheets.
• Report damages or shortages to appropriate personnel.
• Operate forklift and side loader to move material.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with internal and external customers.
• Keep a clean and orderly work area.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
