Magnaflow in Huntington Beach, CA is hiring an Inventory & Receiving Clerk to manage inventory accuracy and act as the control point between dock receipts, shelves, and IFS records. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Sales under the Production Manager.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, verifying parts, conducting inspections, cycle counting, and supporting shipping. A high school diploma is required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Formación

• Must have experience with inventory management in ERP; IFS preferred.
• Receive PO materials, verify against POs and packing slips.
• Capable of cycle counting and investigating variances.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive inbound shipments; verify quantities and part numbers; inspect material for damage.
• Enter receipts into IFS on arrival; report shortages/overages; document for audit.
• Perform incoming inspection and handle nonconforming material.
• Run cycle counts and assist quarterly/annual physical inventory.
• Pull and issue material for work orders; maintain bin locations.
• Support outbound shipping and operate material handling equipment safely.
