Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Seasonal Operations Specialist in Miami to support store operations and optimize inventory flow. You will manage shipments, replenish sales floors, perform cycle counts, and uphold security and presentation standards across the showroom.

Collaborating with sales and operations teams, you will ensure accurate stock availability, coordinate with couriers, and maintain a tidy stockroom to enable efficient selling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and transfers accurately and optimize inventory flow and operational processes.
• Move merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition; report discrepancies promptly.
• Implement security measures through inspections and prepare products for display.
• Organize and maintain stockroom layout, labeling, and cleanliness for accessibility by the sales team.
