Job summary

Neovia Logistics is seeking a receiving clerk for our Indiana warehouse. You will unload deliveries, verify contents against purchase orders, and record received goods in the inventory system to maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualified candidates should have basic math, organization, and strong attention to detail, with solid communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams. This is an on-site warehouse role with physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Enter received items into the inventory system and update stock levels.
• Sort items by type and label for storage.
• Store items in designated warehouse locations.
• Process returns and update inventory accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of received shipments (dates, quantities, vendor).
• Contact vendors to resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Perform physical tasks: lifting and moving boxes or pallets.
• Unload deliveries from trucks or carriers.
• Verify received items against POs and packing slips for accuracy.
• Inspect goods for damage and report issues.
