Job summary

ADUSA Distribution, the distribution arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, is seeking an Inventory & Receiving Manager to lead inventory and receiving operations on our campus. You will supervise supervisors and associates, align staffing, and partner with Transportation and other departments to ensure timely, safe, and accurate movement of product.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory and receiving operations.
• Familiarity with WMS and supporting systems (RF, voice selection, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or equivalent experience preferred)
• Certified on powered industrial equipment (where applicable)
• Ability to work across all shifts and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supervisors responsible for day-to-day inventory and receiving operations.
• Ensure production standards are consistently met or exceeded while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Align staffing and scheduling with inbound and outbound volume demands.
• Partner with Transportation, Shipping, and campus departments to ensure timely, safe, and accurate movement of product.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for inventory and receiving under the direction of the Campus Manager.
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing, engaged workforce.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop supervisors and associates at all levels.
