Job summary

ADUSA Distribution, the distribution arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, seeks an Inventory & Receiving Manager to lead a hands-on operations team at the Manchester campus. You will drive accurate inventory movement from arrival to distribution and partner with campus departments to deliver exceptional service to retail partners and customers.

You'll oversee supervisors, develop a high-performing workforce, and champion lean, safety, and cost-control initiatives while reporting on performance and driving

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory and receiving operations.
• Familiarity with WMS and supporting systems (RF, voice selection, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supervisors for day-to-day inventory and receiving operations.
• Ensure production standards are met with accuracy and safety.
• Align staffing and scheduling with inbound and outbound volume demands.
• Partner with Transportation, Shipping, and campus departments for safe, timely product movement.
• Act as the primary operational contact for inventory and receiving under the Campus Manager.
• Develop and coach a high-performing workforce at all levels.
• Drive lean initiatives, identify waste, and improve throughput.
• Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide accurate reporting and drive cost-control and continuous improvement.
