AMS Fulfillment is seeking an Inventory Receiving Lead in Bear, DE to assist the Receiving Supervisor with counting, sorting, and weighing inbound shipments and verifying receipts.

The role requires 1–2 years in inventory receiving leadership, proficiency in Excel/Word, and forklift certification. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Inventory Receiving.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Extreme attention to detail and problem solving.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Control inbound containers and unloading.
• Manage all receiving clerks.
• Verify and inspect incoming shipments.
• Log vendor discrepancies and maintain vendor logs.
• Data entry of receipts, adjustments, transfers, and bin moves.
• Accurate filing of documents.
• Communicate with truck drivers and Client Services.
• Operate forklift equipment.
