Job summary

Anton Cabinetry is seeking a dependable organizational specialist to support shipping, receiving and inventory control in Texas. You will prepare outgoing shipments, verify incoming contents, and maintain accurate logs and documentation throughout the process.

Responsibilities include coordinating truck loading, tracking deliveries, and ensuring 5S standards in the receiving area. Strong English, math and computer skills help you excel in a fast-paced cabinet manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, sit, climb ladders; lift up to 75 lb regularly.
• Read, write and speak English; basic math incl. fractions.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to priorities and deadlines.
• Learn and apply Lean principles for process improvement.
• Communicate effectively across organization levels.
• Knowledge of woodworking components used in cabinet manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Arrange shipments; prepare, weigh and record outgoing shipments.
• Verify contents of incoming shipments against packing slips.
• Log shipping and receiving documentation.
• Assist loading/unloading of trucks.
• Track goods using computer systems.
• Process defective parts returns for replacement or credit.
• Receive and deliver all incoming packages.
• Maintain receiving area and safe storage per 5S.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reorder points.
• Communicate delivery status to production and project managers.
• Organize company paperwork efficiently.
