• Track production levels and maintain department boards.
• Train new employees and update training matrix.
• Direct dispatch priorities and lead 5-minute daily briefings.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen tools.
• Dispositon of non-conforming parts after review.
• Create and invoice NRE and tooling invoices.
• Inspect deliveries and verify shipments.
• Support Lean implementation across departments.
