Job summary

AMS Fulfillment in Provo, UT is seeking an Inventory Receiving Specialist to coordinate and process inventory in line with company procedures. You will receive all parcels, verify receipts, and maintain accurate counts and documentation.

The role requires 1–2 years in inventory control, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Forklift experience and InOrder knowledge are preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years inventory control or related experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• InOrder system knowledge is preferred.
• Extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process inventory in accordance with AMS and clients' procedures and policies.
• Receive all parcel and supply shipments and verify receipt.
• Count, sort, and weigh inbound shipments and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate inventory issues and collaborate with Supervisor or Inventory Manager.
• Export proper inventory reports from InOrder into Excel format.
• Data entry of receipts, adjustments, and transfers; filing of documents.
• Coordinate with truck drivers and client services as needed.
