Indiana University Dining and Hospitality seeks a Stores Representative in Bloomington, IN to receive, stock, and manage inventory for residential dining operations. You will operate forklifts, load/unload shipments, and help maintain food safety and quality.

Requires a high school diploma, 1 year inventory experience, valid driver’s license, and ServSafe certification within 180 days. The role runs 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday with alternating weekends, at $17.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year inventory control, storeroom or warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe food safety certification within 180 days.
• Ability to operate forklift and heavy lifting.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments; monitor inventory.
• Store goods and rotate stock by shelf life and lot numbers.
• Transport items to dock and load trucks; secure items.
• Operate forklift and order picker; perform inventory counts.
• Assist customer service counter and respond to requests.
• May use University vehicle for deliveries and pickups.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
