Job summary

DWYER INSTRUMENTS, LLC is seeking an Inventory/Receiving Clerk in South Bend, IN. This full-time, hourly position will manage daily cycle counts, investigate variances, and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will create WMS receipts, print load labels, and assist with putaway and replenishment to keep locations stocked using FIFO methods. The role supports a fast-paced warehouse environment, with training available for forklift operation and an emphasis on accurate, timely data entry and reporting

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a warehouse setting is required.
• Experience maintaining inventory is preferred.
• Forklift training is provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts via scanner and manual counts.
• Review variances in the WMS and investigate variances.
• Provide findings to Inventory Lead for approval on adjustments.
• Ensure inventory is in sync between MRM and WMS.
• Update MIN/MAX levels at Picking Locations.
• Assist with locating missing inventory.
• Create receipts in the WMS and print load labels.
• Assist with putaway and replenishment activities.
