Job summary

Tractor Supply in Denton, TX is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through receiving, inventory control, and compliance routines. You will work with the Store Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory and execute transfer, buyback/RTV, and reporting processes.

Expect collaboration with leadership, flexibility for varied hours, and a strong focus on customer service and safety. Prior shipping/receiving and retail exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using the GURA process: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Add value.
• Operate forklift, baler, and other equipment as needed and assist customers.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely and support inventory controls and compliance.
