• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive results.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline inventory management processes and enhance efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory control procedures and conduct cycle counts.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards, conduct inspections and audits.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Asset Protection: Manage security measures and loss containment within the DC.
