adidas Inventory Quality, Control Operations Supervisor is part of the Distribution Center management team in the United States. This role focuses on optimizing inventory accuracy and SOP compliance by collaborating with stakeholders to improve IC/QC metrics and refine processes while removing waste from operations.
The position requires strong leadership to manage associates with varying levels of experience, both autonomously and in a team setting.
Purpose: The Inventory/Quality Control Supervisor (IC/QC) is a member of the Distribution Center management team. They will work to continuously optimize our DC inventory accuracy and SOP compliance by engaging with various stakeholders to improve IC/QC metrics and refine processes and remove waste from operations. This individual will be a strong people manager with the ability to effectively manage associates with varying levels of experience. The position requires someone who can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a demanding and often ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail and effective prioritization.
