Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist for second shift in the Lockbourne area. The role focuses on establishing weekly inventory and quality audit schedules, coordinating counts, and guiding teams to meet schedules. Strong audit, organizational, and Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities include directing audit activities, documenting results, and communicating with supervisors to optimize resource allocation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Communicates inventory and audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to allocate resources.
• Directs personnel on audits and counts and provides analysis on results.
• Performs spot audits for unloading, receiving, locating, packing, and shipping; logs results in Excel.
• Identifies trends or corrective actions with supervisors/leads.
