Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented inventory control/QA associate for day shift in Waterloo, IA. You will conduct scheduled counts, resolve discrepancies, and audit receiving and put‑away processes to maintain accuracy.

You’ll support QA protocols, generate reports, and help ensure safety and compliance across operations. The role requires a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory control or quality assurance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Audit receiving and put-away processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy per established protocols.
• Support QA processes and improve quality controls.
• Coordinate data for technical documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
