Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, purchasing, supply chain, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with inventory or purchasing software. Experience with Navision a plus.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or a similar industry.
• Understanding of inventory control and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
• Create and enter purchase orders; track order status.
• Follow up with vendors on deliveries and pricing discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor data, part numbers, and cost information.
• Prepare inventory and purchasing reports using Excel.
• Support Project Managers with updates on open orders.
• Assist with annual inventory counts and audits.
