Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, purchasing, supply chain, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with inventory or purchasing software. Experience with Navision a plus.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or a similar industry.
• Understanding of inventory control and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Purchasing & Vendor Support: Create and enter purchase orders; track orders and delivery dates.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized purchasing and inventory records; prepare inventory and purchasing reports; use Excel and business systems to analyze data.
• Year-End Inventory Support: Assist with annual inventory counts and audits.
