Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative/clerical support in a purchasing/procurement department performing duties that may have included purchasing system maintenance & usage.
• Basic understanding of accounting/finance theory.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and NAV.

Responsibilities

• Monitor raw material and consumable min/max levels and organize storage.
• Receive material into stock, stock lean lift/cages and issue to production floor.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and accounts payable.
• Back up shipping/receiving and support audits for inventory.
