Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an experienced Purchasing professional to assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and product ordering. The role supports maintaining stock levels and ensuring efficient product flow across branches in Green Bay, WI.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in purchasing, strong communication, and solid organizational skills. The position offers a shift schedule Monday–Friday with possible Saturday hours during busy seasons and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years purchasing/inventory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and prioritization.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and cycle counting experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow ABC’s product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer customer questions and offer product advice.
• Order products from other ABC Supply branches when necessary.
• Arrange with the warehouse for customer product pickup.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve customer concerns when necessary.
• Order from manufacturers and related vendors.
• Receive inbound material into the system.
• Perform cycle counts.
