Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in purchasing and inventory control is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklist for each customer and up-sell additional products.
• Answer customer questions and offer product advice.
• Order products from other ABC Supply branches when necessary.
• Arrange with the warehouse for customer product pickup.
• Reorder products to keep shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve customer concerns when necessary.
• Order from manufacturers and related vendors.
• Receive inbound material into system.
• Perform cycle counts.
