Job summary

The Anderson-DuBose Company in Lordstown, OH, is seeking a detail-oriented Assured Supply/Inventory Coordinator to support warehouse operations and inventory management. This role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels and smooth product flow across assigned vendors.

The position requires 3–5 years in purchasing/inventory control, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP systems (JD Edwards) and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time opportunity with growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience – 3–5 years in purchasing/inventory control in manufacturing/distribution.
• Strong communication, problem solving, organization and time management.
• Technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Word; JD Edwards; excellent administrative experience; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Place inbound orders following vendor requirements while maintaining product levels.
• Oversee inventory levels and safety stocks and reorder as needed.
• Handle phase in/phase out of products and ensure proper rotation.
• Maintain accurate product and vendor data in the ERP system (JD Edwards).
• Manage and communicate supply issues and coordinate with warehouse teams.
