Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative/operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain files and system/database data; generate reports.
• Process transactions with proper documentation and steps.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence; assist information flow.
• Support inventory tracking, basic HR/office tasks, and billing tasks.
• Assist with inbound/outbound commodity activity and projects.
