Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience and/or training in a production environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review MRO replenishment report and generate requisitions for purchases.
• Assist others with cost reduction and inventory reduction projects as needed.
• Generate expense orders for supplies for various departments.
• Send out repair items in a timely manner.
• Prepare and produce requests for quote packages.
• Track supplier performance for on time delivery.
• Perform inventory audits and provide information to Department Manager on shortages that will affect daily operations.
• Input and maintain data in the JDE Inventory and Purchasing system.
• Assist Accounts Payable with invoicing issues.
