Responsibilities

• Enter and receive part orders.
• Pull issue sheets and verify inventory in AX.
• Stock and locate storeroom parts.
• Obtain vendor quotes for non-stock items.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and code correctly.
• Perform cycle counts for storeroom parts.
• Prepare paperwork for freight shipments and schedule pickup.
• Travel to exchange parts between mills when needed.
• Assist Buyer and Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
