Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating PIT equipment.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of powered lift truck experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills.
• Ability to organize work and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow a schedule and instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine production materials needed for scheduled runs.
• Perform RF transactions to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other PIT.
• Conduct receiving and shipping activities and document product movement.
• Pick, stage, stock, and transfer inventory using barcode scanning.
• Maintain dock and warehouse cleanliness per OSHA rules.
• Supply production lines with packaging materials and return unused materials promptly.
• Transport pallets to the dock for stretch wrapping and shipping.
