Job Summary:
The Inventory Purchaser is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the organization’s inventory levels, ensuring accurate records of goods, and supporting the overall efficiency of the supply chain. This role involves purchasing, receiving, counting, and organizing stock, as well as ensuring data accuracy within the inventory management system. The Inventory Purchaser helps prevent stock discrepancies and ensures that adequate stock levels are maintained to meet production and sales demands. Assisting with the purchase of goods and services required by the organization includes processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
