Associate Media Buyer - Recruitment Marketing (Remote)

Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to support the execution of digital media campaigns focused on attracting top talent. This role will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure paid media efforts are effectively planned, optimized, and aligned with recruitment marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital advertising, a strong analytical mindset, and an interest in talent acquisition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support the execution of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors to support talent attraction initiatives.
2. Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals.
3. Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target.
4. Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed.
5. Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders.
6. Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA.
7. Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction.

-Home Office Requirements:

• This position is fully remote and requires a home office setup.
• Reliable high-speed internet service with minimum 25 Mbps download speeds and 5 Mbps upload speeds.

-The 6-month rule can be waived for CCO employees under specific circumstances, such as returning from an acting role or limited-service role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships.
• Marketing background skills preferred.
• Digital advertising experience preferred.
• Experience managing social media or digital advertising campaigns preferred.

Pay Transparency:

Maximus' compensation is based on various factors including job location, education, experience, and other relevant considerations. The annual salary range is $55,000 to $71,000, with additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and paid time off.
