Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to support the execution of digital media campaigns focused on attracting top talent. This role will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure paid media efforts are effectively planned, optimized, and aligned with recruitment marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital advertising, a strong analytical mindset, and an interest in talent acquisition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Support the execution of digital media campaigns across a variety of paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic vendors to support talent attraction initiatives. - Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals. - Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target. - Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed. - Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders. - Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA. - Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
