Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking an Inventory & Production Operations Specialist in Greensboro, NC to support inventory accuracy, material readiness, and operational efficiency across our production and repair operations.

This role serves as a critical link between Inventory, Production, Service Writing, Procurement, and Operations to ensure materials are available when needed, workflows remain uninterrupted, and customer commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, production support, or related operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy across production and repair areas.
• Establish bin management standards for traceability and visibility.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Process internal transfer requests and material requisitions with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Service Writing and Production teams to support repair execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve material flow and storage organization.
