Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring an Inventory and Production Coordinator in Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on cutting, receiving, storing, and tracking materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting production and warehouse tasks.

Requirements include 2-3+ years in manufacturing inventory, ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle/Epicor or similar), and forklift experience. Safety and 5S adherence are expected.

Qualifications

• ,2-3+ years of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar.
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures

Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare raw materials to specifications
• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts
• Store, label, and track materials
• Pick and issue materials to production
• Prepare production paperwork and documentation
• Inspect materials and address inventory discrepancies
• Operate a forklift to move materials
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions
• Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards
