Job summary

ID Logistics US in West Jordan, UT seeks a hands-on Quality Systems/Compliance professional to support audit readiness, SOP maintenance, and documentation control. You will manage training matrices, ensure procedures stay current, and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a safety-focused environment with PPE.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED, or equivalent.
  • Two years related experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email apps.
  • Ability to wear PPE and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures Audit preparedness
  • Troubleshoots on cases with issues
  • Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates
  • Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, Monthly Quality Training, etc.)
  • Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required
  • Ensures documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements
  • Documentation of internal audits is current
  • Reports corrective actions that comply to QC
  • Reports safety non-conformance
  • Assures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts
  • Identifies and researches unique inventory occurrences and corrects
  • Investigates inventory discrepancies and determines root cause
  • Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems
  • Follows GMP and reports noncompliance
  • Observes all company safety rules and enforces as appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:00pm -- 5:30am

Salary: $23.00hr + shift diff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures Audit preparedness

  • Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits are current.
  • Report / inform to associates of corrective actions that comply to QC
  • Report Safety non -conformance
  • Assure inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.

  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
  • Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Through compliance (DMS or Corp Compliance) instruction, systematic completion of all associate training and recordkeeping of. Superior organizational skills are critical.
