Job summary

ID Logistics US in Frackville, PA seeks a Quality & Training Coordinator to update training matrices, maintain Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems, and ensure SOPs are current and compliant. The role supports audit readiness, GMP adherence, and safety enforcement across DC5 accounts using Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS and Manhattan systems.

Responsibilities include investigating inventory discrepancies, documenting corrective actions, and maintaining documentation per quality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience bonus considered.
• Minimum two years related experience in quality or logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and oral communication.
• Must be able to wear PPE and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, monthly quality training).
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures documentation complies with quality requirements.
• Maintains internal audit documentation; informs corrective actions.
• Supports inventory accuracy and compliance for DC5 accounts.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Identifies and researches unique inventory occurrences.
• Operates knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
• Adheres to GMP and safety policies; reports noncompliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule

• Wednesday-Saturday
• 7:00pm-5:30am

Salary

• $23.00 per hour
• $2.00 Shift Differential for hours worked.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
• Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Through compliance (DMS or Corp Compliance) instruction, systematic completion of all associate training and recordkeeping of.
• Superior organizational skills are critical.
