Job summary

ID Logistics US in Frackville, PA is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to maintain training matrices and oversee SOPs, records, and monthly quality training. The role ensures SOPs are current, documentation complies with quality requirements, and internal audits are well-documented.

You will support GMP compliance, assist with safety rules, and help investigate inventory discrepancies across DC5 accounts, using Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, and Manhattan systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow safety policies.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain training matrix for all associates.
• Maintain Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, Monthly Quality Training, etc.).
• Ensure SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensure documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements.
• Maintain documentation for internal audits.
• Report to associates of corrective actions that comply with QC.
• Report safety non-conformance.
• Assure inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
• Identify and research unique inventory occurrences and correct.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determine root cause.
• Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
• Follow GMP and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe company safety rules and assist in enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

• Sunday- Wednesday
• 7:00pm-5:30am

Salary

• $23.00 per hour
• $2.00 Shift Differential for hours worked.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
• Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Through compliance (DMS or Corp Compliance) instruction, systematic completion of all associate training and recordkeeping of.
• Superior organizational skills are critical.
