Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member to transform donated items into priced inventory for our stores. You’ll evaluate, sort, and price incoming donations at the processing center, applying judgment on style and market appeal.

You’ll help balance customer accessibility with revenue goals, work independently, and contribute to daily production targets to keep the sales floor well-stocked with quality merchandise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mathematical ability.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, resale, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Transform donated items into priced inventory for storefronts.
• Evaluate, sort, and price incoming donations by style, condition and appeal.
• Help determine fair pricing while balancing customer access and revenue.
• Work independently while meeting team production targets.
• Keep the sales floor stocked with quality merchandise.
