Job summary

IKEA Ab is seeking a retail/logistics professional in Tempe to ensure product availability and support a seamless customer experience across our store operations.

You will collaborate with commercial and supply chain partners to forecast demand, manage range changes, and optimize stock levels to improve turnover and service levels.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in retail, supply chain and/or customer service.
  • Experience in problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to use relevant IT systems, solutions, and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure strong product availability and support a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with commercial and supply chain partners to forecast.
  • Support commercial activities, promotions, peak planning, and sales steering.
  • Manage product range administration, including range changes, space parameters, and forecasting.
  • Monitor and optimize stock structure to reduce stock and improve capacity utilization.
  • Drive stock accuracy through inventory execution, analysis, and root‑cause identification.
  • Maintain replenishment and range management through proactive monitoring.
  • Communicate goods flow and operational updates to commercial teams.
  • Analyze supply, inventory, and sales data to identify improvements and support efficient operations.

What you'll be doing day to day

The pay range for this role is $21.92- $30.97
