Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corp. is seeking an Intern for Inventory Planning to support the planning team through data analysis and process documentation. Candidates should be pursuing a Supply Chain degree and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

The intern will assist with reviewing stock levels, drive continuous improvement in processes, and handle vendor performance reporting among other responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Student must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Student should be pursuing a degree focused on Supply Chain.
• Student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Review daily/weekly/monthly processes and drive continuous improvements.
• Review stock levels and optimize min/max levels.
• Develop vendor performance reporting.
• Integrate FourKites data.
• Streamline and automate buyer response processes.

Skills

Knowledge of MS Excel and Access

Intermediate user in other MS Office Applications

Strong interpersonal skills

Time management and organizational skills

Goal-oriented and motivated

Education

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university

Pursuing a degree with Supply Chain focus
