Job summary

RHI Magnesita is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to gain hands-on experience across planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory. You will support procurement, logistics, and planning initiatives while working with ERP systems and analytics tools in a fast-paced global manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes data analysis, dashboard creation, and continuous improvement using Lean methodologies, with exposure to real-world supply chain operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain initiatives focused on procurement, logistics, planning, inventory optimization, and customer service.
• Analyze inventory, logistics, procurement, and operational performance data to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and service enhancements.
• Assist with inventory tracking, forecasting, and demand planning activities.
• Collaborate with operations, production, procurement, and logistics teams on cross-functional projects.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key supply chain metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and problem-solving methodologies.
• Support supplier performance analysis and procurement processes as needed.
• Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
• Present project findings and recommendations to supply chain leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
